I took my 2015 Rav in for a recall on 4/18/2025. A young lady greeted me, signed in the job and it was done in about 45 minutes. She came and gave me the printout afterwards for my record, very friendly woman. Dan S., the service manager, was not there and I did not see a name tag so I can't tell you who she was though I believe she was Maria. In fact, I just got a call from your office in Brainerd while I was typing this and she confirmed it was Maria. Well done!

Took 7 weeks to get correct parts in on a new vehicle. Installation was great

The service department was very good and courteous. I had an extra request and that was provided quickly.

Was satisfied with the service and salesmen. Was disappointed by discovering a dent in the automobile that I purchased and only spotted it when the car was delivered to me.

Not very knowledgeable people working in service department. Went in for warranty work and they didn't know how to do it. Drove over 60 miles for nothing.

These guys are very helpful. Wet in for an oil change and came home with a new car.

Still waiting for them to follow up. They stated I needed to sign a warranty repair request yet I already had picked my Jeep up so I am unsure what is needed, they said they would follow up and have nor.

Visited service center. Great service, quick service, cleanliness was perfect. Staff friendly.

Salesman was responsive and answered all questions. We were greeted at the door and shown the vehicle we were interested in.

Travis fine. Did not have request for tire rotation and front sensor that I had emailed them that I wanted twice before. Waited for shuttle return for 40 minutes. Got ride back myself. Then I was charged for the service which Jeremy, the salesman, had told me would be covered. Mills did take that charge off. Front sensor still not working. Will take in again. That should still be covered under my first month "warranty".
As I said, Travis very courteous. Other items were a frustration. And front sensor warning still coming on.

We did not meet Maria - maybe next time. We have always had a good experience with Dan in the service department and he still made a point of greeting us even though he is now the GM. We did not connect with any of the sales people.

Making the appt was not a fun experience. Transferred and dropped several times. Trying both on line and call, what service I wanted was noted completely.

I have always gotten good service at Mills. I miss Dan in the service dept. but I congratulate him on his promotion to general manager. I would like front desk people to have the expertise to visit with me about questions that I have. I could do that well with Dan. Perhaps the newer people can learn.

No problems with mills auto service dept. They are certified toyota mechanics!!! Dan is always pleasant and will explain any questions that the customer might have. Also have good popcorn in the waiting room.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated. They inspect everything and if something needs to be done, someone comes to the waiting area and lets you know. If it is something that can be resolved at the time, they do it. If it is something that they have to order parts for, they schedule it
