Our Team

Brady joined the Mills Ford Sales team in September 2003. He was previously with the Mills GM Detail Department since September 1999. Brady grew up in the Brainerd Lakes Area, and he is a graduate of the College of St. Scholastica. When he's not working Brady enjoys biking and spending time with his friends.

Scott worked as an automotive Internet/Lease End Manager in the Twin Cities before joining Mills GM in 2015 as Business Manager. He was promoted to General Manager at Mills GM in 2016 before assuming the Finance Director position in 2017. Scott moved to the Brainerd Lakes Area in 2007 and worked for Bar Harbor in Lakeshore and was West Coast Territory Manager for Atomic Learning in Little Falls before joining Mills Automotive Group. He was born in Willmar and grew up in Chanhassen, graduating from Chaska High School in 1992 and earned a degree in Computer Network Administration from Central Lakes College in 2012. Scott currently lives in Brainerd with his fiancé, Veronica, and their two children, Ethan and Hailey. Outside of work, he plays basketball, guitar and piano. Scott also enjoys coaching youth basketball / baseball and loves volunteering in the community.

Thomas joined the Mills team in February 2022, bringing along his extensive automotive experience that began in 1984 with years working as a used vehicle sales manager, general manager and finance manager, most recently working with a focus on buying and selling wholesale vehicles.  In addition to his automotive background, Thomas has also spent some time working in land development and enjoys being active in charitable organizations.  Thomas grew up in the Orono / Long Lake area, attending and graduating from Orono High School before going on to study at the University of Minnesota and College of St. Thomas.  He currently lives in Prior Lake and when he's not working, he enjoys travelling and/or spending time with family, including his kids Matt, Margaret and Henry and the family pet Mitzie.

A veteran of 20-plus years in the car business, Rick returns to Mills after working more than two years as used car manager at the former Swenson Motor Co., Willmar. And, he's never really left home, having been born/raised in Willmar, and graduating from Willmar High School. Rick is also a graduate of Hamline University with a degree in economics. His automotive career started at Manley Auto Center, Willmar, which later became Mills Auto Center. Rick and his wife, Linda, have one son and six grandchildren. He plays golf and enjoys watching his son drive in drag races.

Ross started with Mills in 2021 having returned to his Minnesota roots after spending some time working at an O'Reilly Auto Parts store while living in Rosenberg, Texas. Ross grew up in Swift Falls, just outside of Benson, Minnesota which he describes with a smile as "a very small town of about 40 people". He attended the Benson High School and worked in retail and customer service for several years but has been working around cars his entire life, an interest he's been more focused on in the past few years. "I'm really excited for the opportunity to better my knowledge about the automobile industry" he said about joining the Mills team. Ross currently lives in Willmar with his 4 year old black lab "Ruby", and when he's not working he enjoys being outdoors. "I like to hunt and fish and most importantly, I love to hang out with my family and friends" he said.

Tom has worked with Mills since March of 1983. He started out cleaning cars then eventually was the manager of the Reconditioning Center. In November of 1998 he started his sales career. Tom and his wife Sue have a son Jayden. Tom enjoys fishing and golfing, but most of all spending time with his family.

Chase started with the Mills team in 2021, a fresh face to automotive sales but quick to fit in with a natural ability to connect with people.  Previously he had worked at a juvenile detention center.  Born and raised in Willmar, Chase attended and graduated from Willmar Senior High School before going on to study and graduate from Alexandria Technical and Community College.  Home-town proud, Chase still calls Willmar home and when he's not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors.

Jesse started with the Mills team in 2022, bringing his own sense of purpose to the job right from the start.  "I'm excited to start at Mills and want to not just sell cars but sell the right cars to the perfect people," he said with a smile.  Jesse's prior work experience included construction, retail / restaurant duties and work on a dairy farm.  Jesse was born in Fort Worth, Texas but grew up in Atwater Minnesota, attending and graduating from Atwater Cosmos Grove City High before going on to study at Ridgewater College in Willmar.   Jesse currently lives in Willmar with his girlfriend (since high school), excited to be expecting their first child.  When Jesse isn't working, he enjoys playing with her families dogs and to "spend time with my girlfriend as well as her family," he said.

Dan joined Mills Auto Center in October of 1988. Dan and his wife Linda have 4 children; Connor, Ava, Audrey and Charles. In his free time he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family and friends.
